Are you ready to enter the Strike Zone?  Leave your skirts at the door because this workout is for those who want to feel empowered!  This is a REAL Kickboxing workout.  You won't find any aerobics instructors bouncing around in the Strike Zone.  We train you to fight, focus and feel your own power unleash.  There is nothing complicated about the Strike Zone, the moves are easy, it's up to you to provide the power.  I will offer you the challenge, it is up to you to take the journey.  Everyone is invited to the Strike Zone, but enter at your own risk.  The journey begins with an upper body warm up that leads to the lower body, it's 10 minutes and you will feel your body heating up, preparing itself for combat.  I will teach you how to correctly execute the moves, it is up to you to practice.  After you are sufficiently warmed up, we begin our program.  You will be challenged with 8 different tracks - each one focusing on something different.  Some of them will tire you out and others will fire you up. Then & only then, will you be ready to unleash your inner warrior - track 11 is your ultimate challenge.  Will you be left standing or will someone need to pick you up off the ground?  That is up to you, are you ready for the Strike Zone?
