Pilates, kickboxing, & resistance training – just to name a few.
Tracey was married in 2002, and decided to leave her day job to pursue her
passion for fitness full-time. Tracey became a certified personal trainer
and worked in an all women’s gym in Leawood, KS as a trainer and an
aerobics instructor. “Not only was I doing something I loved, but
I was enriching peoples lives and making a difference.” Tracey now
lives in Connecticut with her husband and two dogs; she teaches and trains
clients full time.
Qualifications:
AFAA certified, NASM certified personal trainer, Pilates
Certified, CPR certified. Tracey is currently working on her masters degree
in Nutrition.
Workout Philosophy:
I’m all about change. I get bored very easily and
need to keep challenging myself as well as my clients to guide them to their
next level in their fitness plan. I believe that a positive attitude, healthy
lifestyle, proper nutrition and good old hard work are the most important
ingredients to lead you to success.
Favorite Success Story:
I had a client in Kansas City who came to me 25
pounds overweight. She told me to “kick her a..“ and so
I did. Not only did she lose the 25 pounds, but she became so self confident
and happy. She told me I made her believe in herself and she will never forget
me. Being able to give somebody that kind of confidence is indescribable.
It just puts a smile on my face.
